When I take photos of the miniatures, I usually like to have several in line, so I can process them and it is less timely and more convenient. Last night I had a build up of almost two weeks worth of painting while being off for the Holidays, and I was trying to process some nine or ten miniatures including at least two diorama bases. In my haste to finish up, "Guter Knobstone" went for a tumble - it could have been much worse though, he fell into the cup of Q-Tips, thus breaking his fall but spilling the Q-Tips on the floor (all of one I think actually). When the aftermath was over, Guter had been separated from his spear.
The good news, I think he is salvageable, although his hand is turning into a glue factory - but at least I did take the pictures before his accident happened. Don't know how well you can tell in the photos, but I tried to recreate on his base the aftermath of a burning field of battle.
